My name is Eva de Montbron and I run my company Evam Invest from Lyon in France. My aim is to find first class property and real estate (most of the time not available in agencies) in the Rhône-Alpes and Provence regions of France and offer it to foreign buyers, like yourself.

My language skills extend to being perfectly bilingual in both English and French, as well as Swedish.

From the moment you find a property of interest to you, I will be at your disposal to give you complete information about the property, accompany you on your visit to the site or property and help you to deal with the legal and fiscal questions. If you wish I can also introduce you to serious English-speaking banking partners for the financial part of the deal.
